近日,辽宁省抚顺市一次性投入运营600台宇通插电式混合动力新能源公交车,成为截至目前我国新能源推广非示范城市一次性采购量最大的城市,再加上该市此前投入运营的200台NG类燃气公交车,800台新能源公交车全部上线运营不仅使抚顺市的公交车辆总体品质得到全面的提升,也为发展缓慢的新能源汽车市场注入了一针强心剂。作为国家发展新能源汽车的非试点城市,“抚顺模式”以其大胆创新的魄力展示了地方发展新能源汽车的新思路。
