用有限元数值模拟分析了采用逆焊接加热处理方法在试板厚度方向产生的温度场分布.计算比较了采用水作为冷却介质,不同的加热温度、试板厚度以及不同材料等因素对形成温度场的影响,为进一步采用热弹塑性理论计算应力场分布奠定了基础.
The temperature field distribution in the thickness direction of the test plate by the reverse welding heat treatment was analyzed by finite element numerical simulation.The influence of water as cooling medium, different heating temperature, test plate thickness and different materials on the formation of temperature field , Which lays the foundation for further calculating the distribution of stress field based on thermo-elasto-plastic theory.
