以 N_6培养基为基础,培养基各组份用量的多少对培养率的影响,进行了全面的优化试验。1987年变化了20个组份的因素水平。在对87年试验结果进行变量分析和主次因子研究的基础上,又设计了1988年的试验,继续改变了17个组份的因素水平。连续两个周期的试验研究表明,培养基各组份的合适用量,以及它们之间的一定的组合关系可导致花培效率较大幅度提高。对中花9号试验材料,最好的试验培养基其绿苗总诱导率达到57.23%,而且出现了多个培养率很高的培养基配方(最优点群)。
Based on the N_6 medium, the amount of each component of the medium on the rate of culture, conducted a comprehensive optimization test. The level of factors in 20 components changed in 1987. Based on the analysis of variables and the research of the major and subordinate factors on the 87-year test results, we designed the 1988 trial and continued to change the factor levels of 17 components. Two consecutive cycles of experimental studies have shown that the appropriate amount of each component of the medium, as well as a certain combination of the relationship between them can result in a substantial increase in flower cultivation efficiency. In Zhonghua 9 test material, the best test medium had a total induction rate of 57.23% of green seedlings, and a number of medium formulas (the best point group) with high culture rate appeared.
