呼吸衰竭仍是目前有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的首要死亡原因,特别是呼吸肌麻痹性呼衰已属常见中毒危象,发生率高达6％左右。现对AOPP呼衰从发生到急救治疗作一概述,以期对AOPP呼衰的救治有所禅益。
Respiratory failure is still the leading cause of death of organophosphate pesticide poisoning (AOPP). In particular, respirasthetic paralysis respiratory failure is a common poisoning crisis with a prevalence of about 6%. Now AOPP respiratory failure occurs from the emergency treatment to make an overview, in order to AOPP treatment of respiratory failure have some Zen benefit.
