目前,测定“中心静脉压”作为调节循环血量,了解心脏与血管系统机能的手段已引起医学界的广泛重视。“中心静脉压”应用于临床,一是了解心脏的机能和血管的畅通情况,二是可以直接监视患者的病情发展。做到有的放矢,使患者减少不必要的痛苦和经济损失,同时也可避免药物浪费。鉴于目前广大兽医工作者还不十分了解“中心静脉压”临床实用的重大价值,为使此项新技术尽快地应用于生产实践,提高对疾病的治愈率,现将我们测定“中心静脉压”的方法及临床应用简述如下:
