由于改革开放后国民家庭收入贫富差距的日益悬殊,学前儿童所受到的教育和生长环境出现了明显的不同,从而导致学前儿童学习的外部供给出现了两端走的倾向。物质支持的外部供给几乎决定了学前儿童周围学习、生活环境的程度。家庭的经济基础是无法轻易改变的,不可能所有的家庭都达到高产水平。所以政府需要大力支持、保障家庭学前教育的顺利进行。本文从国家、社会方面对学前教育的物质支持和个体家庭中因缺乏必要的物质支持而出现的问题进行分析,提出初步针对家庭教育不足而进行补偿教育的解决设想。希望通过政府、社会力量等一些相关机构和相关人士的努力来开展学前教育。
Because of the widening gap between the incomes and the poor of the national families after the reform and opening up, there is a clear difference in the education and environment for the growth of pre-school children, leading to the tendency of exogenous supply of pre-school children to both ends. The external supply of material support almost determines the degree of learning and living environment around preschool children. The economic foundation of families can not be easily changed, and it is impossible for all families to reach high levels of productivity. Therefore, the government needs strong support to ensure the smooth progress of pre-school education in families. This article analyzes the material support for pre-school education from the state and society and the problems that arise from the lack of necessary material support in individual families, and puts forward the tentative plan of compensation education for the lack of family education. Hope that through the government, social forces and some other relevant agencies and stakeholders efforts to carry out pre-school education.
