由低热微膨胀水泥制成的水工补偿收缩混凝土具有早期强度高、抗渗性好、绝热温升低、施工方便等林权,对大体积混凝土快速施工,简化温控措施,降低造价具有重要意义.为了扩大低热微膨胀水泥的应用范围,开展了改善低热微膨胀水泥混凝土抗球处。抗冲磨性及抗环境水腐蚀性能的措施研究.结果表明:掺用南京水利科学研究院研制的高效加气减水剂,可大幅度提高低热微膨胀水泥混凝土的抗冻性,适合在寒冷地区应用;掺加硅粉抗磨蚀剂和硅粉防腐蚀剂,能显著提高低热微膨胀水泥混凝土的抗冲磨、抗硫酸盐、抗碳酸盐和强碱的腐蚀能力.
