目的:分析常山胡柚(Citrus changshan-huyouY.B.Chang)皮的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱分离和纯化,并通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定了10个化合物结构,分别为胡柚皮甲素(Ⅰ)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅱ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅲ)、脂肪酸(Ⅳ)、甘油酯(Ⅴ)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(Ⅵ)、6′,7′-二羟基香柠檬亭(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷A(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷B(Ⅸ)和胡柚三萜(Ⅹ)。结论:胡柚皮甲素为新化合物;这10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang skin. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. Results: The structures of 10 compounds were isolated and identified as Huynchydrine (Ⅰ), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅱ), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅳ), glyceride (Ⅴ), 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (Ⅵ), 6 ’, 7’-dihydroxybenzanthinone (Ⅶ), daucosterol A (Ⅷ), daucosterol B (Ⅸ) and grapefruit triterpene (Ⅹ). CONCLUSION: Hu banchylin is a new compound. All 10 compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
