子宫内膜间质细胞肿瘤是一类少见的原发于子宫的肿瘤,易误诊为平滑肌肉瘤。国内孙爱达等总结首都医院妇产科近三十年资料中仅发现六例子宫内膜间质异位症(其中三例误诊为平滑肌肉瘤)及九例子宫内膜间质肉瘤(其中一例误诊为平滑肌肉瘤。黄卓垭等报告三例均误诊为平滑肌肉瘤。我们曾遇三例报告如下:
Endometrial stromal cell tumors are a rare type of primary tumor in the uterus and are often misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma. Domestic Ai Da et al. summarized that only six cases of endometriosis (three of which were misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma) and nine cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma were diagnosed in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the Capital Hospital in the past 30 years. One case was misdiagnosed as Leiomyosarcoma, Huang Zhuo, et al reported three cases were misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma.We had three cases of reports as follows:
