美国《预防》杂志最近刊文指出,日常生活中只要做到以下12点,一生就不会得糖尿病。1.吃肉前喝两匙醋。美国亚利桑那州立大学研究发现,吃大鱼大肉等高热量食物前喝两匙食醋,可大大降低血糖水平。如不习惯喝醋,最好饭前吃点放醋的凉拌菜。
