市政工程PM管理是指市政工程施工企业根据自身经营战略与运行机制,对生产各要素实行动态管理和优化配置,达到市政工程项目预期效益和合同目标的管理过程。本文从市政工程PM管理的难点入手,阐述了市政工程PM管理的优化措施,希望能为我国市政工程PM管理工作提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
Municipal Engineering PM management refers to the municipal engineering construction enterprises in accordance with its own business strategy and operation mechanism, the production of various elements of dynamic management and optimal allocation of municipal engineering projects to achieve the expected benefits and contractual objectives of the management process. This article starts with the difficulty of PM management of municipal engineering, elaborates the optimization measures of PM management of municipal engineering, and hopes to provide some useful references for the PM management of municipal engineering in our country.
