地方高校转型发展与教学改革是社会进步和社会发展的需要,地方高校在教学改革的过程中应该转变传统的教学观念,以应用型人才培养为主要目标。地方高校的声乐教学改革需要结合社会对音乐人才的需求导向,通过培养出更多声乐方向的应用型人才,为社会音乐艺术事业的发展做出贡献。本文首先分析了应用型人才培养具有的现实意义,并结合我国目前高校声乐人才培养存在的问题,立足于应用型人才培养的角度提出相应的解决方案。
The transformation and development of local universities and teaching reform are the needs of social progress and social development. Local colleges and universities should change their traditional teaching concepts in the process of teaching reform and take the cultivation of applied talents as the main goal. Vocal teaching reform in local colleges and universities needs a combination of social demand for music talents and more contributions to the development of social music and arts through cultivating more applied talents in vocal direction. This article first analyzes the practical significance of cultivating applied talents, and puts forward the solutions based on the cultivation of applied talents in light of the existing problems in the cultivation of vocal music talents in colleges and universities in our country.
