以吡虫啉为模板分子,丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,制备具有优异吸附性能的吡虫啉分子印迹聚合物。以该聚合物为固相萃取填料,研究固相萃取柱对绿茶/红茶茶汤中吡虫啉加标回收率以及茶多酚和咖啡碱的吸收率。研究结果表明,当分子印迹固相萃取柱以甲醇为活化溶剂、1 mL/min的流速上样、用10%的乙酸甲醇溶液为洗脱剂时,吡虫啉在绿茶/红茶茶汤中的加标回收率分别为98.4%和97.2%,而对茶多酚和咖啡碱的吸收率均在35%以下,表明所制备固相萃取柱对模板底物具有良好的提纯和富集作用。
Using imidacloprid as the template molecule, acrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent, imidacloprid molecularly imprinted polymers with excellent adsorption properties were prepared. Using the polymer as solid-phase extraction filler, the recovery rate of imidacloprid in green tea / black tea tea extract and the absorption rate of tea polyphenols and caffeine were studied. The results showed that when the molecular imprinted SPE column was activated with methanol as the solvent and the flow rate was 1 mL / min, the imidacloprid was spiked in green tea / black tea with 10% acetic acid as eluent The rate of 98.4% and 97.2%, respectively, while the absorption rate of tea polyphenols and caffeine were below 35%, indicating that the prepared solid phase extraction column template substrate has a good purification and enrichment.
