要进行海外拓展,不免会与当地利益产生冲突,这是3/4济发展过程中的一个矛盾。由于中国是新兴投资、贸易国家,海外拓展更多的是在高危地区,风险更不可避免。
To expand overseas, it will inevitably conflict with local interests. This is a contradiction in the process of economic development. As China is an emerging investment and trading country, overseas expansion is more in high-risk areas and risks are even more unavoidable.
