工匠精神是优秀工匠所具有的专注、严谨、精益求精、推陈出新的职业精神。振兴制造业需要工匠精神;企业的可持续发展需要工匠精神;发展新经济培育新动能需要工匠精神。工匠精神与现代化建设并行不悖。工匠精神是优良制造的灵魂,更是“中国制造2025”实现的关键所在。职业教育担负着为国家培养制造业大军的重任,应把“工匠精神”作为当下最重要的价值追求。
Craftsman spirit is excellent craftsman has the focus, rigorous, excellence, innovation and professionalism. The revitalization of manufacturing industry requires the spirit of craftsmen; the sustainable development of enterprises requires the spirit of craftsmen; and the development of a new economy requires the craftsman spirit to cultivate new momentum. Craftsman spirit and modernization go hand in hand. Artisan spirit is the soul of excellent manufacturing, but also the key to the realization of “Made in China 2025”. Vocational education shoulders the heavy responsibility of training the country in the manufacturing industry, and should regard the “craftsmanship” as the most important value pursuit of the moment.
