目国,综合性强,功能齐全的人事信息管理系统大多在大中小型计算机上实现:一般微机人事信息管理系统规模较小,功能较为单一,可用性较差。该系统设计合理,功能齐全,操作方便,具有较强的可扩充可移植性,安全保密性高,且在Apple机上实现应用。系统由人事计划、劳资管理、日常人事管理三个小系统组成,除处理人员,人事变动等日常人事管理业务,而及时统计各类信息外,还提供多指标检索。系统亦能进行劳资、福利辅助管理。系统在现有人员分布状况下,亦能进行人才的供需匹配。系统运用软件工程方法,根据系统环境确定流程和范围。采用HIPO及模块程序设计技术,并用子程序模块重组技巧,具有使用功能强,安全可靠。系统自运行以来,进行了大量的查询,统计工作,结果正确可靠,大大减轻了业务人员的劳动强度。
