当前农村基层组织的现状有所改善,但是在农村发展过程中,农村基层组织建设面临着许多亟待解决的问题和严峻挑战。这其中既有党员队伍建设问题,也有国家体制上的原因。为了促进农村基层组织的前进与发展,必须建立和健全农村干部队伍的选拔、任用、激励等一系列机制。
At present, the status quo of grassroots organizations in rural areas has been improved. However, in the course of rural development, the construction of grassroots organizations in rural areas faces many problems that are urgently to be solved and harsh challenges. Among these are the problems of party members’ team building as well as national institutional reasons. In order to promote the progress and development of grassroots organizations in rural areas, we must establish and improve a series of mechanisms such as the selection, appointment and motivation of rural cadres.
