目的观察空气消毒洁净器在南方潮湿环境的地下供应室空气消毒效果。方法采用平板自然沉降法,对该空气消毒洁净器实际消毒效果进行了检测。结果在室内无人情况下,用该空气消毒洁净器循环净化60 min,可将约55 m3室内空气中自然菌平均总菌数由净化前的785 cfu/m3降低到105 cfu/m3;运行180 min采样平板上无菌生长。开机消毒120 min后,有2人入室进行常规医疗活动180 min以内,空气中自然菌总数能控制在200 cfu/m3以下;室内有3人活动至180 min,空气中细菌总数达到366 cfu/m3;有5人活动120 min,空气中细菌总数上升达419 cfu/m3。结论在南方潮湿环境地下供应室用该空气消毒净化器进行空气消毒,室内控制2人活动可使空气中细菌总数保持在Ⅱ类环境卫生学标准,但随室内人数增加或时间延长,细菌总数会超标。
Objective To observe the air disinfection effect of air disinfection cleaner in underground supply room in humid environment in the south. Methods The plate natural sedimentation method, the disinfection of the air disinfection cleaner was tested. Results In the indoor environment, the total number of natural bacteria in the indoor air of about 55 m3 was reduced from 785 cfu / m3 before purification to 105 cfu / m3 by circulating the air disinfection cleaner for 60 minutes. Conclusion In the southern humid environment underground supply room, the air disinfection purifier is used for air disinfection. The indoor control of two people activities can keep the total number of bacteria in the air in Class II environmental hygiene standard.
