随着信息时代的来临,计算机技术在高校建设各个领域的普遍应用,使高校档案管理面临着更为严峻的挑战。对档案实行高效管理,不但影响到着新时期档案的全面建设,还直接影响到档案信息资源在高校各项建设中的应用。因此,创新档案管理方式,使其跟上时代的发展,向管理要高效率、高效能,是高校档案工作者应积极探索的重要课题之一。
With the advent of the information age, the common application of computer technology in all fields of university construction faces a more serious challenge to college file management. Efficient management of archives not only affects the overall construction of archives in the new era, but also directly affects the application of archival information resources in various construction of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is one of the important topics that university archivists should actively explore to innovate the way of archives management in order to keep up with the development of the times and to be efficient and effective in management.
