作者报告一例2岁,女性幼年黄色肉芽肿和色素性荨麻疹并发的患者,当该患儿出生3个月时,发现两个小的黄色的无自觉症状的结节。一个为1×0.5厘米坚实性黄色—桔黄色结节,发生在左臂肘窝附近,另一个为1×1厘米活动性坚实的黄色结节,发生于阴蒂附近。血、尿、血清脂质、脂蛋白电泳和胸部X线拍片均正常。在临床表现上两个结节很相似,但其组织病理变化有差异,左肘窝附近结节可见嗜碱性胞浆呈紧密排列的立方形细胞聚集,苯甲胺染色可见其胞浆内含异染颗粒,确诊为色素性
The authors report a case of a 2-year-old woman with juvenile granuloma and pigmented urticaria. When the patient was born 3 months, two small, yellow, no-symptom nodules were found. One solid yellow-orange nodule of 1 x 0.5 cm occurred near the cubital fossa of the left arm, and the other was a solid 1*1 cm thick yellow nodule that occurred near the clitoris. Blood, urine, serum lipids, lipoprotein electrophoresis and chest radiographs were normal. The two nodules are similar in clinical manifestations, but their histopathological changes are different. The basophilic cytoplasm is densely packed with cubic cells in the vicinity of the left cubital fossa. The cytoplasm is contained in benzylamine staining.
