以暴马丁香种子为试材,研究了不同浓度GA3和浸种时间、不同温度、不同光照条件对暴马丁香种子萌发的影响,以期筛选出快速打破种子休眠及萌发的适宜条件。结果表明:GA3处理能快速打破暴马丁香种子休眠,促进种子萌发,不同浓度GA3和浸种时间对种子萌发的影响效果差异显著(P<0.05),以200mg/L GA3浸种24h时,种子的发芽率、发芽势、可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白质含量达到最高;在20℃/25℃(12h/12h)变温,12h/12h(光照/黑暗)光照条件下种子的萌发效果最好。
In this study, the effects of different concentrations of GA3, soaking time, different temperatures and different light conditions on the germination of seeds were studied in order to select suitable conditions for quickly breaking dormancy and germination of seeds. The results showed that GA3 treatment could quickly break dormancy seeds and promote seed germination. The effects of different concentrations of GA3 and seed soaking time on seed germination were significantly different (P <0.05). When seeds were germinated with 200 mg / L GA3 for 24 h, Germination potential, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content were the highest. The seeds germinated best under the conditions of 20 ℃ / 25 ℃ (12h / 12h) temperature change and 12h / 12h (light / darkness) light conditions.
