取桂冠本文针对我国寿险企业人力资源激励存在的问题,探讨了我国寿险企业人力资源激励机制再造的原则和框架,提出了完善激励机制的具体建议。
In view of the problems existing in human resource incentive of life insurance enterprises in our country, this paper discusses the principle and framework of human resource incentive mechanism reengineering of life insurance enterprises in our country, and puts forward concrete suggestions for improving incentive mechanism.
