“8·31”之后的房价,我觉得政府从它执政的理念来说,是想抑制房价,使房价处于一个大家都能买得起房的范围。实际上这个政策又恰恰适得其反,他的土地政策有了,金融政策有了,造成了一些后果,不是发展商要涨房价,而是被迫上涨。第一,从金融的角度来说,国外的房地产的金融组,基本上是一个50%,我们占百分之十几就开始大叫,拧总的水龙头。
