本文收集2013年2月~2015年3月我院急诊外科收治的25例应用损伤控制技术在多发伤救治后预防急性肺损伤的患者与2010年1月~2012年5月收集25例采用全面手术处理多发伤患者后急性肺损伤起病的患者进行了回顾性分析比较,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本文收集2013年2月~2015年3月于我院急诊外科应用损伤控制理念诊治的多发伤患者资料,纳入标准:(1)多发伤严重评分(ISS)>20分,胸部创伤评分(AIS)>2
