日本三菱电机生产技术研究所采用二氧化碳激光在铝合金上真空蒸镀氧化铝薄膜成功。从而提高了铝合金的耐磨性,可以作为滑动部件。在铝合金上涂复氯化铝层时,通常采用称为防蚀铝处理的化学手段。但这种方法不能形成精密的涂膜,而且因为使用水溶液,工艺过程复杂。这个研究所用激光蒸发氧化铝,并在1.3×10~(-2)—6.7×10~(-3)帕的真空系条件下蒸镀在铝合金上(含硅17%、铜5%,锰0.5%),而且可以仅在滑动面上镀膜。
Japan’s Mitsubishi Electric Manufacturing Technology Institute using carbon dioxide laser vacuum evaporation of aluminum alloy aluminum oxide film successfully. Thus improving the wear resistance of aluminum alloy, can be used as sliding parts. In aluminum alloy coated with aluminum chloride layer, it is usually used as a chemical treatment of alumite treatment. But this method can not form a precise coating, but also because of the use of aqueous solution, the process is complicated. In this research, aluminum oxide is vapor-deposited by laser and deposited on an aluminum alloy under a vacuum of 1.3 × 10 -2 -6.7 × 10 -3 Pa (17% of silicon, 5% of copper and 5% of manganese 0.5%), but also only on the sliding surface coating.
