本文采用边界元方法数值应力分析、应变片法应力测试和疲劳试验,研究了含表面缺陷压力容器的粘接补强效果。粘接补强可以显著降低表面裂纹深度方向的应力强度因子,可以极大地提高含表面缺陷容器的疲劳寿命。根据数值计算的应力强度因子和Paris公式,可以预测粘接补强含表面裂纹容器的疲劳寿命,疲劳试验证实了这种估算寿命方法的有效性。
In this paper, the numerical stress analysis of the boundary element method, the strain test of the strain gauge method and the fatigue test were carried out to study the bonding reinforcement effect of the pressure vessels with surface defects. Bonding reinforcement can significantly reduce the stress intensity factor in the depth direction of the surface crack, which can greatly improve the fatigue life of the container with surface defects. Based on the calculated stress intensity factor and the Paris formula, the fatigue life of the bonded reinforcement cracked container with surface cracks can be predicted. Fatigue tests confirm the validity of this method of estimating life.
