超精密光学零件加工技术在包括激光核聚变项目在内的多个国家重大型号工程都有广泛应用,提高这一技术的工作速度和精度至关重要。记者从国防科技大学获悉,由该校机电工程与自动化学院自主研制的新一代超精密光学零件加工设备,日前通过相关单位组织的工艺考核。考核结果表明,该套设备加工精度实现亚纳米级重大突破,标志我国超精密光学零件加工技术跨入世界领先行列。
Ultra-precision optical components processing technology, including laser fusion projects, including a number of major national projects are widely used to improve the speed and accuracy of this technology is essential.
