目的探讨自由基清除剂联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果,为急性脑梗死的治疗提供依据。方法选取2006年8月至2009年3月于平顶山市第一人民医院进行治疗的63例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为依达拉奉组(A组)21例、亚低温治疗组(B组)21例和依达拉奉联合亚低温治疗组(C组)21例,后将三组患者分别采用不同的治疗方式进行治疗,再将结果进行研究分析,后将结果进行比较。结果比较后发现,C组总有效率明显优于A组和B组,且C组梗死面积缩小比例也明显高于其他两组,血浆纤维蛋白原下降幅度也明显大于对照组,并发症发生率也低于对照组,两组比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论在急性脑梗死的治疗中采用依达拉奉(自由基清除剂)联合亚低温治疗急性脑梗死具有效果卓著且并发症发生率低的作用,因此值得临床进一步研究及推广应用。

Conclusion The treatment of acute cerebral infarction with edaravone (free radical scavenger) combined with mild hypothermia in patients with acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect and a low incidence of complications, it is worth further study and promote clinical application.
