齿轮传动在机械工程中的应用极为广泛,因此,齿轮传动的强度计算在机械产品的设计中,占有十分重要的地位。然而,由于齿轮强度计算公式复杂,影响系数多,而且有的系数与设计结果有关,事先无法确定,只能假设,当设计完成后再进行校核。若假设值与实际值相差较大,则需修改设计结果,而且给设计计算带来了许多困难。本文将渐开线圆柱齿轮强度计算的传统计算方法,编制成了BASIC源
Gear transmission is widely used in mechanical engineering. Therefore, the strength calculation of gear transmission occupies a very important position in the design of mechanical products. However, since the calculation formula of gear intensity is complicated and the influence coefficient is large, and some coefficients are related to the design results, it can not be determined in advance. It can only be assumed that the design will be completed after the design is completed. If there is a big difference between the assumed value and the actual value, the design result needs to be modified, which brings many difficulties to the design calculation. In this paper, the traditional calculation method of involute cylindrical gear strength calculation has been compiled into BASIC source
