任何事物都有其“质”的规定性,它是该事物区别于其它事物的本质特征。股份制的“质”的规定性体现为它的基本规范,其基本规范反映的是一种客观规律,它是在股份制几百年产生、发展到成熟的历史过程中,经过不断总结验教训,不断完善法规和监管办法中逐步形成的。不论哪个国家的股份制都必须严格按这些规范办事,才能符合客观规律,发挥股份制的功能,否则,无法形成股份制的特有机制。
