近年来,医疗设施的医务会计等应用计算机有增加趋势。高知医科大学附属医院于1981年建院初期就开发、引进了计算机综合医疗情报系统(IMIS),作为大学医院应用计算机诊疗支援系统,这在全国也是最早应用先进设备的医疗设施之一。该系统是以大型计算机为中枢,在门诊、病房等各诊疗部门均配备了联机终端,以医师为主的所有职员操作这些终端,在有机结合的资料基础
In recent years, there has been an increase in the use of computers in medical facilities such as medical accounting. In the early days of its founding in 1981, the Affiliated Hospital of Kochi Medical University developed and introduced the Computer Integrated Medical Information System (IMIS) as a hospital computer application support system for medical treatment. This is one of the earliest medical facilities that applied advanced equipment in the country. The system is based on a large-scale computer, and on-line terminals are provided in clinics and wards, and all employees, mainly doctors, operate these terminals.
