磨细生石灰的性质比普通所用的熟石灰要好,主要表现为硬化较快及强度较高。但不掺入任何掺合料的磨细生石灰,在加水调拌后,往往由於它凝固过快以致来不及使用,同时它的质量也相应地降低。因此,在磨细生石灰中掺入能起缓凝作用的掺合料,是很必要的。本文作者对几种缓凝掺合料的效果,进行了系统的试验。试验结果证明:掺入缓凝掺合料不仅能便利使用,而且还能提高材料强度(包括受压强度和粘着力);表面活性物质如亚硫酸酒精槽.葡萄糖有较强的缓凝作用;把两种和三种不同的掺合料混合使用,其效果比只使用一种时为好。
The properties of milled lime are better than those of conventional hydrated lime, which are mainly characterized by faster hardening and higher strength. However, milled quicklime, which is not blended with any admixture, is often used too late after it is mixed with water, and its quality is accordingly reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate admixtures capable of acting as a retarder in ground quick lime. The authors systematically tested the effects of several retarding admixtures. The test results show that: Incorporation of retarding admixture can not only facilitate the use, but also can improve the material strength (including compressive strength and adhesion); surface active substances such as sulfuric acid alcohol tank. Glucose has a strong retarding effect; mixing two or three different admixtures is better than using only one.
