固定资产是医院提供医疗服务的最基础保证,也是医院长期发展的物质基础,科学合理的管理和利用医院固定资产,发挥医院固定资产应有的作用对我国医院的长期发展至关重要。本文将全面分析在当前行形势下完善医院固定资产管理的重要作用,指出部分医院固定资产管理过程中存在的问题,并结合作者多年工作经验为我国医院完善固定资产管理工作提出合理的建议与对策。
Fixed assets are the most basic guarantee for hospitals to provide medical services and also the material basis for the long-term development of hospitals. Scientific and rational management and utilization of fixed assets in hospitals play an important role in the long-term development of hospitals in our country. This article will comprehensively analyze the important role of perfecting hospital fixed assets management under the current situation and point out some problems in the management of fixed assets in some hospitals. Combining the author’s years of work experience, we will put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for perfecting the management of fixed assets in Chinese hospitals. .
