2011年11月,她走马上任北湖区档案局局长。此前,曾经先后担任乡镇党委书记、区审计局局长、区委办副主任等职,她凭着丰富的领导工作经验,长期以来养成的过硬作风,以及求真务实的工作态度,仅用一多年时间就使该区档案工作走在了郴州市的前列,在2012年度郴州市档案工作考核中获得总分第一的好成绩。同年,区档案局领导班子被区委评为优秀领导班子,她本人也被评为郴州市优秀党务工作者,区委、区政府给予记三等功。她就是北湖区档案局局长黄丽华。
