俄罗斯专利RU2327757中公布的这种高性能结构件用Al基合金的化学成分的质量分数为:8.0%~9.0%Zn,2.3%~3.0%Mg,2.0%~2.6%Cu,0.05%~0.2%Zr,0.05%~0.3%Fe 0.03%~0.15%Si,0.001%~0.05%Mn,0.005%~0.05%Ti,0.000 5%~0.005%Be,0.001~0.05%Ca或Ga,0.000 5%~0.005%B或0.000 01%~0.005%C。该合金具有高强度、高使用可靠性、良好的加工性能等优点,适用于核工业用气体离心机、飞机和火箭发动机等对材料性能要求较高的设备零部件的制造。
