为了改善镍基合金堆焊层的耐磨性,采用等离子弧对焊设备在低碳钢板上堆焊Ni60合金,堆焊过程中引入纵向直流磁场,并采用相应试验设备对堆焊层组织及性能进行检测分析,研究不同外磁场强度下堆焊层的组织和性能的变化规律。
In order to improve the wear resistance of Ni-based alloy surfacing layer, plasma arc welding equipment was used to build Ni60 alloy on low-carbon steel plate.
