目的:引进双理想点排序方法,即改进了的TOPSISAIS法,解决多目标决策问题。方法:结合实例,应用多目标决策的双理想点法,给出等级评价,并与其它方法进行比较。结果:将双理想点法与相关矩阵法进行对比,得出了具有统计学上良好一致可靠的结果。结论:多目标决策是一项非常复杂的社会系统工程。双理想点排序法是系统工程中有限方案多目标决策分析中的一种有效的方法,此法比POPSIS法计算简便,在综合评价中,更具有普遍的实际意义与应用价值
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the method of bi-ideal point ranking, namely the improved TOPSISAIS method, to solve multi-objective decision problems. Methods: Combining examples, applying the double ideal point method of multi-objective decision-making, giving grade evaluation, and comparing with other methods. RESULTS: By comparing the double ideal point method with the correlation matrix method, a statistically sound, consistent and reliable result was obtained. Conclusion: Multi-objective decision making is a very complex social systems project. The bi-ideal point sorting method is an effective method in the multi-objective decision analysis of finite projects in systems engineering. This method is simpler than the POPSIS method, and has more practical significance and application value in comprehensive evaluation.
