光阴荏苒,《经济问题探索》从1980年创刊至今已十一年了。这块园地在广大读者、作者的关怀和辛勤耕耘下,如今已在经济丛刊之中占有了一席之地。值此新春佳节之际,我们谨向关心这块园地成长和发展的经济界理论工作者、实际工作者、全国广大的读者和作者致以节日的亲切问候。今年,我国将进入“八五”时期,这将是一个继续治理整顿和改革发展的交替时期。深化改革、加快改革的步伐必将成为经济工作的中心。改革是开拓性事业,改革又是一个探索过程。理论上的不同观点是不可避免的,亦是正常的,在不同的意见里往往蕴藏着真理。只有通过充分反映不同的看法,才能达到真正的共识。本刊既要从总结过去和剖析现实出发,又要特别注意发挥理论超前的作用,对研究新问题、锐意进取创新,理论透彻、文风清新活泼的文章,将予以优先发表。
Time flies, “economic exploration” from the start of 1980 has been eleven years. With the care and hard work of readers and authors, this garden now has a place in the economic series. On the occasion of the Spring Festival, we would like to extend our cordial greetings to all the economists, practical workers, readers and authors in the field who are concerned about the growth and development of this area. This year, our country will enter the period of the Eighth Five-Year Plan. This will be an alternating period of continuing administration and rectification and reform and development. Deepening the reform and speeding up the reform will surely become the center of economic work. Reform is a pioneering undertaking, and reform is an exploration process. Theoretically different viewpoints are inevitable and normal. They often contain truth in different opinions. Only by fully reflecting different views can we reach a real consensus. We should start from summarizing the past and analyzing the reality. We must also pay special attention to giving play to the role of theory in advance. We will give priority to those who study new issues and are determined to make innovations, thorough theories and fresh and lively style of writing.
