在当今知识大爆发的时代,知识更新速度与日俱增,如何有效获取知识并且利用知识提高组织运作效率、达成组织目标是值得深入研究的一项课题,如何有效对组织进行知识管理也是现今专家们进行研究的重点之一,组织的知识网络也是研究的热点。在社会组织中,不同的组织成员因为所处的环境不同,具备不同的知识,不同层次上的主体接触的信息不同决定了其掌握着其他层次主体所无法获取的信息,讨论知识网络中各主体的管理层级性质,是研究组织中知识网络的一个全新的研究着眼点,对于知识管理与共享有着积极意义。
In today’s era of eruption of knowledge, the pace of knowledge renewal is increasing. How to effectively acquire knowledge and use knowledge to improve the efficiency of organizational operations and achieve organizational goals is a subject worthy of in-depth research. How to effectively organize knowledge management in organizations is also a study of current experts. One of the key points, the organization’s knowledge network is also a research hotspot. In social organizations, different members of the organization have different knowledge because of the different environments they are in. The different levels of contact information of the main body determine that they hold information that cannot be acquired by other levels of the main body and discuss the various topics in the knowledge network.
