Eleven patients aged 29-39 years with normal menstrual cycles, each within 20% of ideal body weight, were given no oral contraceptives or other hormones at least 3 months prior to the test. Study continuous observation of three cycles, each case in the first and third cycles from the first day of menstruation daily oral placebo, in the second cycle from the first day of menstruation daily mifepristone 5mg (6 cases) or 2mg ( 5 cases), subjects do not know medication order.
