我厂生产的部标系列模架,其中一组件导套如图,它是由20钢经机械加工后渗碳淬火制成。技术要求HRC58~62、内孔表面粗糙度Ra0.05,外径Ra0.4。在热处理过程中该导套易产生软点——局部区域硬度偏低。在热处理后的机械加工过程中,常因软点的区域大、粗糙度高而报废。在长期生产实践中,我们发现导套内孔在热处理后精镗时,内表面呈亮银白色,有时个别区域呈暗灰白色。经多次作
