采用室内培养法研究叶面肥喷施宝对农药(草甘膦异丙胺盐、三唑磷和乙草胺)胁迫下土壤中常见微生物生长的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,叶面肥喷施宝能促进施用草甘膦异丙胺盐土壤中细菌与放线菌的生长,但受施药时间与使用浓度的影响;叶面肥喷施宝对施用三唑磷土壤的微生物生长影响不显著;能显著促进施用乙草胺土壤中细菌与真菌的生长,但对放线菌生长的影响不显著。
The effects of pesticides (glyphosate isopropylamine salt, triazophos and acetochlor) on the growth of common microorganisms in soils were studied by laboratory culture method. The results showed that compared with the control, foliar sprayed Shi Bao could promote the growth of bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil with glyphosate isopropylamine salt, but it was affected by the application time and concentration. Triazophos soil microbial growth was insignificant; can significantly promote the application of acetochlor bacteria and fungi in the soil growth, but no significant impact on the growth of actinomycetes.
