2015年3月28日,中国金属学会组织召开了“兰炭在炼铁领域应用技术研究与开发”科技成果评价会。与会专家认为,该科技成果整体达到国际先进水平。该科技成果系统地研究开发了兰炭在炼铁领域的应用技术,其主要创新点:(1)开发了兰炭粉应用于高炉喷吹的关键技术,结合兰炭在高炉风口前的燃烧行为,基于“有效热”概念和兰炭喷吹特性分析探明了高炉喷吹兰炭、煤粉混合搭配合理结构,并进行了规模化工业试验,将兰炭粉配比提高到25%。
