超塑胀形实验装置是研究超塑胀形理论研究的重要装备,综述了国内外学者对于胀形实验装置的系统研究以及取得的系列科研成果。胀形装置在胀形高度-时间关系H(t)的测量方面,从接触式测量装置发展到光电式非接触式测量装置;在胀形压力(P-t)控制方面,从压力表控制发展到单片机控制,并得出了胀形实验P(t)关系对胀形高度H(t)关系、胀形件形状及壁厚分布的影响规律。由于超塑性材料对胀形压力的敏感性很强,因此胀形压力的实时控制是胀形装置研究的未来发展方向。
The superplastic bulging experimental device is an important equipment for researching the theory of superplastic bulging. The domestic and foreign scholars’ systematic research on the bulging experimental device and the series of scientific research achievements are summarized. The bulging device has developed from a contact measuring device to a photoelectric non-contact measuring device in the measurement of the bulge height-time relationship H (t); from the pressure gauge control to the single chip microcomputer in the control of the bulging pressure (Pt) The relationship between the bulging experiment P (t) and the bulging height H (t), the shape of bulge and the distribution of wall thickness were obtained. Because superplastic material is very sensitive to bulging pressure, the real-time control of bulging pressure is the future development of bulging device.
