江苏省地方性氟中毒流行病学调查报告

本文报告我省66个市县地方性氟中毒(地氟病)流行情况。共检查了944,853人,发现氟斑牙195,669人,患病率为20.71%,采集水样17,201份,饮水氟化物超标率为28.39%;11个市及所辖县饮水氟含量超标率(0~57.35%)和氟斑牙患病率(0~29.78%)呈高度正相关(γ=0.95,P<0.00025)。病区以浅层地下水含氟量为最高(2~6ppm),超标率为30.53~66.79%。地氟病流行区主要分布于徐州、淮阴、连云港市等苏北地区,主要位于黄河古道河流泛滥平原和北部低山丘陵冲击平原区域。病区的形成原因可能与地质、气候(年平均日照、温度、降水量、蘸发量)有关。本省病区类型属水型,对本病防治的主要对策和措施是改水降氟。 This article reports 66 endemic fluorosis (endemic fluorosis) prevalence in 66 counties in our province. A total of 944,853 people were examined and 195,669 dental fluorosis specimens were found, with a prevalence of 20.71%. A total of 17,201 water samples were collected. The exceeding rate of fluoride in drinking water was 28.39% 57.35%) and the prevalence of dental fluorosis (0 ~ 29.78%) (γ = 0.95, P <0.00025). Ward to shallow groundwater fluoride content of the highest (2 ~ 6ppm), exceeding the standard rate of 30.53 ~ 66.79%. Epidemics endemic areas are mainly distributed in northern Jiangsu, such as Xuzhou, Huaiyin and Lianyungang, and are mainly located in flood plains of the Yellow River ancient trail and impact plains in the northern hilly region. Ward formation may be due to geology, climate (annual average sunshine, temperature, precipitation, dipping amount). Ward type of the province is water-based, prevention and treatment of the disease the main countermeasures and measures is to change water fluoride.
