目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在年轻恒牙冠折修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2007年6月~2009年6月在吉林大学口腔医院就诊的64例年轻恒牙冠折露髓的患儿,共计90颗患牙,拍摄X片观察牙根发育情况,对牙根未发育完全的60颗患牙先用活髓切断术或V itapex进行根尖诱导,待牙根形成后,行完善的根管治疗。将其分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),A组50颗行玻璃纤维桩树脂核冠修复,B组40颗行螺纹钉树脂桩核冠修复,定期复诊观察两组的临床应用效果。结果:1年后经玻璃纤维桩树脂核冠修复的50颗患牙中有48颗修复成功,成功率为96.0%。经螺纹钉树脂桩核冠修复的40颗患牙中有33颗修复成功,成功率为82.5%,两种方法修复成功率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩在年轻恒牙冠折修复中效果理想,可以满足临床要求。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of glass fiber post in the treatment of young permanent crown fracture. Methods: Sixty-four young children with permanent crown demyelination at the Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University from June 2007 to June 2009 were enrolled in this study. A total of 90 teeth were selected. X-ray films were taken to observe the root development. Totally 60 teeth are treated with vital pulpotomy or Vapeapex for root tip induction. After root formation, a complete root canal treatment is performed. The group A was divided into experimental group (group A) and control group (group B). 50 patients in group A were repaired with glass fiber post and resin crown, 40 patients in group B were treated with screw post and resin post. Clinical application effect. Results: Forty-eight of the 50 teeth restored with glass fiber post-core resin crown repaired successfully after one year with a success rate of 96.0%. Thirty-three of the 40 teeth restored by the screw-coated resin post were successfully repaired with a success rate of 82.5%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two methods (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fiberglass piles are ideal for the treatment of young permanent teeth with crown fracture, which can meet the clinical requirements.
