目的:通过实验选择能与显微镜相接的数码相机,配以微机WIN95环境下通用图像分析软件,组建通用数码图像分析系统。方法:将大口径取景目镜替代照相目镜与通用数码相机相接,在满足一定条件下,实现显微镜下图像的摄取。结果:实验结果显示柯达DC210、DC260和阿可发E-1280数码相机,与Leica及Olympus系列显微镜的取景目镜相接下,均能比较理想的采集镜下图像。配以Scionimage图像分析软件后,完全可以达到一般图像分析系统分析需求。
OBJECTIVE: To select a digital camera that can be connected with a microscope by experiment, and set up a general digital image analysis system with common image analysis software under the environment of computer WIN95. Methods: The large aperture panoramic eyepiece instead of camera eyepiece and universal digital camera connected to meet certain conditions, to achieve the image under the microscope. Results: The experimental results show that the Kodak DC210, DC260 and Accolade E-1280 digital cameras are ideal for capturing microscopic images with the Leica and Olympus microscopes. With Scionimage image analysis software, you can fully meet the general image analysis system analysis needs.
