一个国家经济发展的过程,实际上是经济与法律日趋融合的过程。经济越是发达,对法律调节的依赖性就越强。法律已成为现代各国调控社会经济基本的、主要的手段。我国的社会主义市场经济也必然要遵循市场经济发展中的这条一般规律。为了适应社会主义市场经济迅速发展的客观要求,必须大力加快经济立法进程,建立起与之相适应的较完备的法律体系,保障市场经济体制功能的有效发挥。
The process of economic development in a country is actually a process in which the economy and the law are becoming increasingly integrated. The more developed the economy, the stronger the dependence on legal regulation. Law has become the basic and major means by which all countries in the modern world control and control the social economy. The socialist market economy in our country must also comply with this general law in the development of market economy.
