成功地制备了以PtCo合金膜为磁光层的四层膜结构。基于该结构研究了各层厚度对克尔转角、反射率及品质因子的影响,给出了多层膜结构的光学优化结构。通过热学优化,给出了适应于该体系磁光记录的可能最佳结构。比较发现,在考虑反射率的条件下,克尔转角的增强是以牺牲反射率为代价的,因此,选择各层优化厚度必须综合考虑磁光层温度、反射率、克尔转角等热、光学因素。最后,给出了可能的热、光学综合优化结构。
A four-layer film structure with PtCo alloy film as a magneto-optical layer was successfully prepared. Based on this structure, the effect of the thickness of each layer on the Kerr rotation angle, reflectivity and quality factor was studied. The optical optimized structure of the multilayer film structure was given. Through thermal optimization, the best possible structure suitable for magneto-optical recording of this system is given. It is found that the increase of Kerr rotation angle is at the cost of sacrificing the reflectance under the condition of considering the reflectivity. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the thermal and optical properties of the magneto-optical layer, such as temperature, reflectance and Kerr rotation, factor. Finally, the possible thermo-optical optimization structure is given.
