篮球作为一种强烈的对抗性运动,集技巧、身体素质、智力为一体,运动员要在攻守对抗中进行多项对抗性运动,因此,相较于其他运动项目,篮球运动更为激烈,也更容易受到损伤。这就要求运动员在篮球运动中要正确的预防损伤。本文首先分析了篮球运动中出现损伤的原因,即运动安排不合理、准备活动不充分、缺少保护意识、教学组织混乱。又在此基础上提出了确保场地器材安全、加强安全教育、提高运动损伤发生的预见性等预防措施。希望以此减少篮球运动中的损伤,进而促进篮球运动的不断发展。
